Middle School Summer Workouts
Middle School will begin their summer workouts on June 3rd at 9:00AM in the weight room. We will work out for an hour then we will work with the Running Backs, Tight Ends, Wide Receivers, Cornerbacks, Safeties, Linebackers, and Quarterbacks from 10:00-11:30.(Joseph Myers or Ajay, we will always include you at the center position if you can be there!)
The Weekly Schedule is as follows:
Mondays: 9:00AM-10:00Am Workout in Weight Room 10:00-11:30 7 on 7
Wednesdays: 9:00AM-10:00Am Workout in Weight Room
Friday: 9:00AM-10:00Am Workout in Weight Room 10:00-11:30 7 on 7
