By now the effects of practicing 5 days a week are beginning to produce habits. Experts say that if you can do anything for 2 weeks straight, you have laid a firm enough foundation for you to continue in that endeavor, whatever it is.
Did you get better today? Did you get stronger? Did you get faster?
